Are you an experienced Advertising or Digital Sales Manager who wants to be able to work part-time, close to home?
Have you taken time out to raise a family or simply quit the rat race for a career break?
We are looking for an experienced digital sales manager who gets what we are trying to do.
The M Word is a unique community for women who happen to be mothers.
For the first time ever there is a space where Mums get to write in their own words about the imperfect world of parenting.
We’re funny, honest, real.
Each week we reach close to 2 million women, and are easily the fastest growing – and most engaged – online community for women in the country.
If you are looking for a part-time role in one of the most exciting new online projects for women, then please read on.
Since the M Word was launched just over 12 months ago as a Facebook page, it has sparked a remarkable response.
Our readers respond in a way not seen on any other website for women in the country. The reason is simple… we are the only place where women are given a platform to tell their own stories in their own words.
We want to create a space where ultimately, women are paid to write and share their own stories, which is why we need a digital sales manager.

The Digital Sales Manager is responsible for generating the revenue from our sponsors to keep The M Word free and readily available to our readers

As a peer member of the executive team: report on sales progress, accurately forecast and demonstrate a strong pipeline of activity. Also contribute to editorial discussion to support sales planning.
