Have you ever wondered what it would be like to drink baked apple and salted caramel?

Well wonder no more because  a ‘baked apple and salted caramel’ gin has finally made it to market.

Masters of Malt are selling the stuff for under €23 a bottle and it sounds sweet.

According to the makers it boasts: ‘Syrupy sweet throughout with a faint Himalayan sea salt bite. Apple strudels dominate the palate, followed by a succulent soft toffee finish.

‘A delightful gin liqueur from the Poetic Licence distillery in Sunderland, made in the team’s 500-litre hybrid still (named Gracie!) and using Poetic License Old Tom Gin as a base.’

If you don’t want to drink it you could polish it off with some ice cream instead!
